Come over to the quiet side! Kinfolk Cottages are located in a lovely Southwest Harbor neighborhood on Clark’s point. Walk to the village center to enjoy shops and restaurants or stroll across the Causeway for amazing views. A short walk down to the working waterfront and town dock. A unique property, Kinfolk Cottage has three separate units with enough space for large family gatherings and sleeps up to 17. July -August priority give to large group bookings. We welcome your dogs to join you!

Sleeps 8-9 with 4 bedrooms 2 King, 1 Queen and 1 Twin bedroom with two twin beds, and a love seat couch sleeping room on first floor. Two full bathrooms one upstairs and one on the first floor. Kinfolk Cottage has a gas fireplace in spacious living room. Separate dinning room with seating for 8. Lovely kitchen with all appliances looks out to large backyard with fire-pit, grill and space to relax and enjoy the outdoors. Laundry room. A/C cooling system upstairs and downstairs.

Cleaning fee $250 9% State Tax
Summer season requires a 7 day minimum with rental period running from Sunday-Sunday. All other seasons have a 3 night minimum. We look forward to hosting you this year!
Dalton Cottage
Dalton Cottage is a cozy 2 bedroom with open floor plan kitchen, dining and living room with gas fireplace and tiled floors. Full bath with shower and washer/dryer on first floor. Dalton Cottage sleeps 4 with two bedrooms and 1/2 bath on 2nd floor. One queen bedroom and one twin bedroom. A/C window unit in upstairs queen bedroom.

Atwood Cottage
Atwood Cottage Sleeps 4 with a large upstairs master bedroom suite that opens out to 2nd floor deck. Master suite with A/C window unity has King bed and trundle couch bed and a full bathroom. 1st floor small bedroom has one twin. The first floor has kitchen, bathroom, washer, dryer and large open living area with sectional couch, large TV, gas stove fireplace, and dinning area. Lovely spiral staircase goes up to the 2nd floor.
